Terms of purchase
When ordering, an agreement on purchase is only made when Ales and Brews has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation is sent no later than 36 hours after the order is received. You always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge until the item is sent from our warehouse. Ales and Brews has ownership and take-back rights to all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us, you must be 20 years old, you must confirm this with your social security number at our checkout. and Ales and Brews must be able to determine the customer’s residential address.
All prices are stated in SEK (Swedish Kronor) and the prices include VAT at 25%. Upon confirmed order, prices can only be changed by circumstances that Ales and Brews does not have control over, such as significantly changed import costs or changed VAT. No handling costs will be added. In cases where the price changes, we will always notify the customer that the customer then has the right to cancel the purchase at no extra cost. The prices of our beers can vary over time, this is because we negotiate with different suppliers and breweries around the world and in this way the price of a beer can vary due to country of purchase, season, exchange rate changes or availability. We reserve the right to change the prices of our goods, but never on orders that have already been sent from us and where a customer has received an order confirmation.
Shipping costs are added depending on the choice of shipping at checkout.

4. PAYMENT OPTIONS / PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 INVOICE (IN SWEDEN ONLY)
The fee for paying against an invoice is SEK 0.
Payment terms: In the case of invoice payment, 14 days apply from the time the goods are sent. Invoices are sent through Worldline (formerly known as Bambora).
4.2 CARD PAYMENT
We use Worldline (formerly known as Bambora) for secure card payments. In the case of card payment, the payment is debited immediately.
Orders placed before 15.00 on a weekend weekday are processed on the same day and are normally delivered within 5-10 working days within Sweden. Home transports are delivered based on the accepted delivery time that Postnord has been able to offer the customer. PLEASE NOTE that home deliveries normally take longer than delivery to the nearest delivery point.
All our deliveries are made with Postnord and by getting Postnord’s app, you can follow your package all the way.
6. DELIVERY DELAYS
From time to time, there are delivery delays that can be in addition to the 10 working days that we have as a maximum delivery time. As a customer, you always have the opportunity to receive compensation for your delayed delivery. Then contact firstname.lastname@example.org to inform about this.
7. DAMAGED GOODS
When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received a defective or damaged item, contact us as soon as possible via email to email@example.com.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND OPEN PURCHASE
According to the Distance Contracts Act, private customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the product. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal / open purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Packages that are not picked up by the customer will be charged SEK 210 for shipping costs and administration costs.
As a customer with us, Ales and Brews Denmark aps also offers the right to exchange within 14 days of you ordering the product. This only applies to unused products. You as a customer are responsible for the cost of exchange, which means shipping to and from the warehouse.
All subscriptions have a 1-month notice period from the date of notice and are valid until further notice. These general terms and conditions apply to all customers of Ales and Brews Denmark APS.

If you want to complain about a damaged or faulty product, please contact us by e-mail for further instructions. Let us know via email email@example.com before sending anything. Attach the invoice / receipt so we can identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for the shipping to us, which you can then get back in the event of an approved case.
In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN’s recommendations.
10.1 SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our subscription boxes are delivered free of charge to the nearest delivery point. You can also choose to receive home delivery of your subscription box, then a fee of SEK 119 will be added.
Packages that are not picked up will be charged a fee of SEK 210.
In the event of a delivery damage, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resend the product or credit it.
Our subscription boxes are sent out between the 1st and 4th of each month.
Payment for the subscription box takes place on the 1st of each month through Worldline (formerly called Bambora). Card payments are charged immediately. Invoices are sent through the selected invoicing channel.
The subscription box has a one-month notice period from the date the notice is given. Termination Is done by emailing email@example.com
Unfortunately, there is no possibility to end the subscriptions earlier than that as we pre-order the beer for the subscribers at least one month in advance.
Refunds are made via Worldline (formerly known as Bambora), 3-5 working days by appointment. The amount is always refunded to the same account used at the time of purchase and as soon as possible from the time we have received and approved the return.
We reserve the right to make changes in prices due to large price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors that are beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeure below.
13. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business only for the purpose of completing and providing the service that you expect from us. According to the PUL (Personal Data Act), you have the right to receive the information we have registered on you and if you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. In that case, contact our customer service (preferably by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org). We also assure that we will not sell or transfer any personal information.
14. NOT COLLECTED PACKAGE
If your package arrives at a delivery point, a notification will be sent to you via e-mail or text message. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number, address and e-mail address you have entered are correct.
If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 210. The same conditions apply if you do not receive the package upon home delivery or if you who is to receive the package are not on site or can identify yourself with a valid ID document.
15. MAJOR FORCE
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not be reasonably foreseen, and affect agreements entered into and commitments on our part, which means that we can not keep the said agreement / commitment, shall form the basis for that we are released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
