Terms Of Purchase

Purchase
When ordering, an agreement on purchase is only made when Ales and Brews has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation is sent no later than 36 hours after the order is received. You always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge until the item is sent from our warehouse. Ales and Brews has ownership and take-back rights to all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us, you must be 20 years old, you must confirm this with your social security number at our checkout. and Ales and Brews must be able to determine the customer's residential address.


2. Pricing
All prices are stated in SEK & Euro and the prices include VAT at 25%. Upon confirmed order, prices can only be changed by circumstances that Ales and Brews does not have control over, such as significantly changed import costs or changed VAT. No handling costs will be added. In cases where the price changes, we will always, notify the customer that the customer then has the right to cancel the purchase at no extra cost. The prices of our beers can vary over time, this is because we negotiate with different suppliers and breweries around the world and in this way the price of a beer can vary due to country of purchase, season, exchange rate changes or availability. We reserve the right to change the prices of our goods, but never on orders that have already been sent from us and where a customer has received an order confirmation.


3. Freight

The cost for freight will be added at the checkout.

Free Freight will be applied on once the total amount on the order reached the level of free freight.

 4. PAYMENT OPTIONS / PAYMENT TERMS


 

For swedish customers we can offer Invoices thur worldline with get first, pay later terms for free.
Invoice (only avilible in Sweden)

Mobile Pay - Can be used in countries availible. Such as Norway and Finland.

Card payments are done thur worldline.
Worldline accepts most used cards in Europe and their service will provide the transaction. The payments will be done in Swedish Kronors and Euros.


5. Deliveries
Orders recieved before 15.00 will be sent the same day on working days. The delivery time for is around 5-10 working days. Homedelivery will take some further time and are planned by the delivery company and the reciver.

Thru our delivery company´s different apps all the shipments can be tracked. The delivery company´s will also send e-mail with tracking number.


6. Delays
Occasionally the will be delay in deliveries. This could be caused by Bank Holidays and technical failuires. If you have not been in contacted by the delivery comapany within 10 dayss, please contact us.


7. Damaged Goods
If you recieve damaged goods in your delivery. Please make sure to contact us as soon as possible. We will not accept any complaint later than 14 days after the goods are recived.


8. Right of withdrawal
On all the purchases there is a right of withdrawal for 14 days. The preiod is calculated from the day you recieve the order. The cost of return will be paid by the customer and be aware that a return order is most of the time twice as expensive as sending prices. The refund will be done to you once we recieved the return order. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

 

Subscriptions have a resigning period of 1 month calculated from the day of resignment. Please contact us if you want to quit your subscription.

 


9. Complaint
If you want to complaint or a return on a single product please contact us. Make sure you send us pictures, ordernumber and the reason of the complaint.

  


10.Subscriptions
10.1 Freight & Returns
The monthly subscription is delivered to the nearest pick-up point. If you are able to choose Budbee as a delivery options then that will be a home delivery. The agreement of delivery time have to be agreed on by Budbee.

Delivery that are not picked by customers will be charged a fee of 35€ for shipping and return.

If you recieve any damaged goods please contact us and we make sure to find a solution for you.

Our subscritptions are sent within the first two weeks of every month.

10.2 Payment
The payment for the monthly subscription is done upfront at the 1st of the month.

10.3 Resigning
The resigning of the monthly subscription have to be done one month ahead. This are calculated from the resigning date. To resign the monthly subscription please just send us an e-mail.

At the moment we do not have the opportunity to shorten the resigning time since we pre-order all the items for the monthly subscription.

11. Re-funds
Refunds are done by the same way as the payment have been done. The re-fund period is arount 5-7 working days. The payment will be done to the same account as the original payment. We are not able to do refunds in any other way at the moment. The amount will be the amount agreed on after contacting us.

12. Reservations
We reserve of adjustments in our pricing caused of techical issues, large currency changes or other errors not caused by our company or caused by force majeur as defined further.


13. Personal Data Policy
We process your personal information for the purpose of being able to fulfill your order and to be able to process inquiries regarding your purchase. The processing takes place in accordance with the rules in our personal data policy for Ales and Brews ApS. You can read more in other parts of our customer pages about how your information is processed, when it is deleted and your rights.


14. Parcels non picked
If your package arrives at a drop-off location, a notification will be sent to you via email or SMS. As a customer, you are responsible for the correctness of the mobile number, address and e-mail address you entered.
 


15. FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, authority decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and affect concluded agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we cannot keep said agreement/commitment, shall form the basis for that we are released from our obligations to fulfill said agreement
