Our normal delivery time outside of scandinavia is 6-8 working days but that can on occasions be a bit longer beacuse of bank holidays in different countries.

What transportation company do you use?

We use different transportation companies in different countries. Our current transportation companies are Postnord, DPD, UPS, DHL and Budbee.

Do you offer home delivery?

We do offer home delivery to Sweden Netherlands and some parts of Finland and Belgium. We are working on to get some more countries up and running as soon as possible.

Are the prices per can?

Yes, the prices are per can. For the Selected Boxes the prices are for all the beer you can see.

What is the limit for free shipping?

699 Kr med Postnord (närmaste utlämningsställe)

We offer most EU-Countries free shipping at 99€.

Do i have to use photo identification?

For purchasing beer with you must be at a legal age for drinking in the country of consumption. Our freight companies will require photo idenfification or digital signature. For further information if asked of identification please contact the freight company.

Im not home when at the time the home delivery is supposed to show up, what do i do?

Please Contact the freight company to set up with a new time for the home delivery.

Do you have beers from Treehouse Brewing?

No we do not have beers from Treehouse since the brewery do not export anything abroad.

I found a really good brewery on my holiday last year, Could you help me get some beers from them?

We can always try but moste of the time the breweries dont have the amount to export to any other countries. Also the might lack of export permit.

Do you pay swedish alcohol tax?

Yes we do pay the swedish alcohol tax seperatly. Rosengrensdomen.

Are your prices including VAT?

Yes all of our prices includes VAT.

Monthly Subscription

When do you send out the monthly Subscription?

Our subscribtions are sent between 20th-25th of every month.

Can i start a beer subscription at any time?

Yes in case of we have subscription boxes left you can start at any time. If not we will inform you about when your subscription will be started.

How do i pay the subscription?

Payment is done by money being reducted the 1st of every month from the registred card.

Is there any other options than card to pay by?

Unfortunately, we are not able to use any other payment methods than card at the moment.

Is there a lock-in Period?

We do not have a Lock-in period but we do have a months notice. Most of the time we are able to quit the subscription sooner if you contact us.

What is included in the monthly subscription?

You will recieve ten unique beers every month. A big part of the beers are different styles of IPA´s but also other styles such as Stouts, Sours and lager occur in the box.

Can i have information regarding what have been included in the earlier subscriptions?

Yes, please send us an E-mail and we will send you information regarding earlier subscriptions.

Can i exclude a style in my subscription?

Is it possible to give away a subscription as a gift?

Kan jag ge bort en prenumeration som en present?

Yes of course, Please choose a different delivery adress in the checkout and if you want a time limit on the subscription. Please contact us.

Can i use my gift card for a subscription?

We can not use a gift card for payment of a subscription but you are always welcome to contact us to see if we can find a solution.
