Terms Of Purchase
When ordering, an agreement on purchase is only made when Ales & Brews has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation is sent no later than 36 hours after receival of the order. You always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge until the item is sent from our warehouse. Ales & Brews reserves the withdrawal rights to all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us, you must be 20 years old. You must confirm this with your social security number at checkout. Ales & Brews must be able to determine the customer’s residential address.
All prices are stated in SEK (Swedish Kronor) and the prices include VAT of 25%. Upon order confirmation, prices can only be changed by circumstances that Ales& Brews do not have control over, such as significantly changed import costs or adjusted VAT. No handling costs will be added. In cases of price change, we will always notify the customer that they have the right to cancel the purchase at no extra cost. The prices of our beers can vary over time – this can be because we negotiate with different suppliers and breweries around the world. In this way, the price of a beer can vary due to country of purchase, season, exchange rate changes or availability. We reserve the right to change the prices of our goods, but never on orders that have already been sent from us or where a customer has received an order confirmation.
Shipping costs are added depending on the choice of shipping method at checkout. Orders over SEK 899 are dispatched to the nearest delivery point free of charge, per the customer’s choice. For home delivery, there is no limit to free shipping. Shipping prices are SEK 99 (as of Dec 2019) to the nearest delivery point and 119 for home delivery. We primarily use Postnord to send out our packages and deliveries.

Payment terms: In the case of invoice payment, 14 days apply from the time the goods are sent. Invoices are sent through Bambora.
4.2 CARD PAYMENT
We use Bambora for secure card payments. In the case of card payments, the payment is deducted immediately.
Orders placed before 15.00 on a weekday are processed on the same day and are normally delivered within 5-10 working days within Sweden. Home deliveries are based on the accepted delivery time that Postnord has offered the customer. PLEASE NOTE that home deliveries normally take longer than to the nearest delivery point.
All our deliveries are made with Postnord. By obtaining Postnord’s app, you can follow your package the entire way.
6. DELIVERY DELAYS
From time to time, there are delivery delays in addition to the 10 working days we state as a maximum delivery time. As a customer, you always have the opportunity to receive compensation for your delayed delivery. In these instances, please write to [email protected] to inform us.
7. DAMAGED GOODS
When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received a defective or damaged item, contact us as soon as possible by email at [email protected]
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND OPEN PURCHASE
According to the Distance Contracts Act, private customers are entitled to a 14-day right to withdrawal. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the product. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal / open purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Packages that are not picked up by the customer will be charged SEK 210 for shipping and administration costs.
As a customer of ours, Ales& Brews also offers the right to exchange within 14 days of you ordering the product. This only applies to unused products. You as the customer are responsible for the cost of exchange, which means shipping to and from the warehouse.
All subscriptions have a 1-month notice period from the date of notice and are valid until further notice. These general terms and conditions apply to all customers of Ales and Brews Denmark APS.

If you wish to complain about a damaged or faulty product, please contact us by e-mail for further instructions. Please let us know via email at [email protected] before sending anything. Please attach the invoice / receipt so we can identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for the shipping to us, which you can then have returned if the case is approved.
In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN’s recommendations.
10.1 SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our subscription boxes are delivered free of charge to the nearest delivery point. You can also choose to receive home delivery of your subscription box. A fee of SEK 119 will be added.
Packages that are not picked up will be charged a fee of SEK 210.
In the event of damaged product upon delivery, contact us at [email protected] and we will resend the product or credit it.
Our subscription boxes are sent out between the 1st and 4th of each month.
Payment for the subscription box occurs on the 1st of each month via Bambora. Card payments are charged immediately. Invoices are sent through the selected invoicing channel.
The subscription box has a one-month notice period from the date the notice is given. Termination is accomplished by emailing [email protected]
Unfortunately, there is no possibility to end the subscriptions earlier, as we pre-order the beer for the subscribers at least one month in advance.
Refunds are made via Bambora, 3-5 working days by appointment. The amount is always refunded to the same account used at the time of purchase and as soon as possible from the time we have received and approved the return.
We reserve the right to make changes in prices due to large price deviations from our suppliers, misspellings or other errors that are beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeure below.ll.
13. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

If your package arrives at a delivery point, a notification will be sent to you via e-mail or text message. You as a customer are responsible for the correct mobile number, address and e-mail address you entered.
If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 210. The same conditions apply if you do not receive the package upon home delivery, or if you who is to receive the package are not on site or can identify yourself with a valid ID document.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not be reasonably foreseen, and affect agreements entered into and commitments on our part, meaning that we can not keep the said agreement / commitment, shall form the basis for that we are released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
