Terms and Conditions

  1. PURCHASE
    When placing an order, a purchase agreement is only concluded when Ales and Brews confirms the order with an order confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent no later than 36 hours after the order is received during normal business days. You always have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost until the item has been shipped from our warehouse. Ales and Brews retains ownership and the right of withdrawal for all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us, you must fulfill the legal age for alcohol in the resident country which you might be asked to confirm at delivery.  Ales and Brews must be able to verify the customer’s residential address.

2.  PRICING
All prices are stated in € (Euros) and include VAT at 25%. Upon confirmed order, prices can only be changed due to circumstances beyond Ales and Brews control, such as significantly changed import costs or amended VAT rates. No handling fees apply. In cases where prices change, we will always notify the customer, who then has the right to cancel the purchase at no extra cost. The prices of our beers may vary over time due to negotiations with different suppliers and breweries worldwide. Thus, the price of a beer may vary depending on the country of purchase, season, exchange rate fluctuations, or availability. We reserve the right to change the prices of our goods, but never on orders that have already been dispatched and for which a customer has received an order confirmation.

4. PAYMENTS

  • Card Payments

We use Worldline (formerly known as Bambora) for secure credit card payments. With credit card payments, the payment is charged immediately. In some countries we are also availible to use mobile paymenets. You will find all the payment methods that applies in the checkout.

5. DELIVERIES

All orders will be sent within 2 working days after order confirmtion. Normal delivery time is between 5-10 working days depending on the delivering country. Deliveries to south of Europe will be longer than north and scandinavia.

6. DELIVERY DELAYS

During national holidays and banking holidays deliveries might take longer than normal.

7. DAMAGED GOODS
If any of the goods you recieved are damaged at arrival please contact us a  soon as possible for reimbursment , contact us at kontakt@alesandbrews.com.

8. RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If any packages sent from us are not picked there will be a return fee added from the fee returned to you.

Gift cards are non-returnable items.

9. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Our subscribtion boxes are paid the first of every month and will be sent around 20-25th of each month.

Subscriptions can be unsubscribed until the 15th of each month by e-mail please kontakt@alesandbrews.com if you dont wish to countiue your monthly subscription.

10. REFUNDS

Refunds are processed via Worldline (formerly known as Bambora), within 3-5 business days after agreement. The amount is always refunded to the same account used for the purchase, and as soon as possible after we have received and approved the return.

11. RESERVATIONS
We reserve the right to change prices due to significant price discrepancies from our suppliers, typographical errors, or other errors beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeure below.

12. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

By registering and placing an order, you consent to us storing and using your information in our operations solely for the purpose of fulfilling and providing the service you expect from us. According to GDPR, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you, and if you find it to be inaccurate or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer database. In that case, please contact our customer service (preferably by email at kontakt@alesandbrews.com). We also assure you that we will not sell or transfer any personal data.

15. FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of war, natural disasters, labor disputes, governmental decisions, and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and which affect agreements entered into and commitments made by us, preventing us from fulfilling said agreements/commitments, shall constitute grounds for us to be released from our obligations to fulfill said agreements.
